Terms of Service
The conditions for using ReplySwipe, including subscriptions, automation and integrations.
1. Service and acceptance
ReplySwipe is a SaaS service for centralizing, classifying, translating, replying to and automating public Google Play reviews. By registering or using it, you confirm that you can enter into these terms for yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Accounts, connected apps and permitted use
You are responsible for your credentials and for having permission to connect each developer account, app, CSV file and external channel. You must follow the law, these terms, Google Play policies and third-party terms. Unauthorized access, abuse, malware, technical-limit evasion and unlawful or rights-infringing replies are prohibited.
3. AI, automation and third parties
Suggestions, translations, sentiment analysis, summaries and automated rules may contain errors. You remain responsible for configured rules and every reply published or sent. The service may depend on Supabase, Stripe, Google Play, OpenAI, Resend, Slack, Discord, Google OAuth and GitHub OAuth and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or unchanged APIs.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Free and paid plans may have different functions, quotas and AI credits. Recurring payments are processed by Stripe until cancellation. Current prices and limits are those shown in the product. Failed payments may restrict features. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access may continue until the end of the paid period; account deletion may remove associated data subject to legal retention.
5. Intellectual property, availability and liability
ReplySwipe software, design, brand and documentation remain the property of the provider or its licensors; you retain your rights in submitted content and grant only the permissions needed to provide the service. The service is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance or external causes. To the extent allowed by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss or consequences of user-controlled replies and rules, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months or the mandatory legal minimum.
6. Suspension, changes and governing law
Access may be suspended for breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirement or non-payment. Terms may change for legal, technical or commercial reasons, with reasonable notice for material changes. Spanish law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact: contacto@replyswipe.com.
