How ReplySwipe processes personal data and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Controller and scope
ReplySwipe processes the data needed to provide its website and application for centralizing, analyzing, replying to and automating public Google Play reviews. Contact: contacto@replyswipe.com.
2. Data we process and its source
We may process account and profile data, connected-app configuration, imported or synchronized reviews, replies, AI-derived analysis, automation rules, notifications, integration settings, technical logs and Stripe billing identifiers. Data comes from you, your chosen authentication providers, Google Play and the technical providers required to operate the service.
3. Purposes, legal bases and automation
We use data to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, synchronize reviews, generate translations or suggestions, publish replies, run user-defined automations, manage billing and send enabled operational communications. Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, consent where required and legitimate interests in service security. AI and rules can classify, translate or reply to reviews, but the workspace owner controls them and remains responsible for reviewing automated content.
4. Providers, transfers and retention
Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, GitHub, Resend, Slack and Discord may process the minimum data required for their role when the corresponding feature is used. International processing must rely on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard. Account and workspace data is kept while the account is active and afterwards only for applicable legal periods; billing data follows accounting and tax retention rules.
5. Cookies, security and your rights
ReplySwipe uses essential session storage and may use local browser storage or notification permissions for requested functions; it does not currently describe third-party advertising cookies. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to contacto@replyswipe.com. The service uses access controls, validation, rate limits and audit measures, although no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
